Choosing the Premier Collection for its location near The Magnificent Mile was a great decision. The wide array of services and amenities, and the in-house dining serving gourmet Italian and Chinese cuisine pleasantly surprised me. It made my stay even more enjoyable.
Historic, smaller rooms; WiFi occasionally shaky.

Great location, close to public transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Comfortable and clean rooms with good Wi-Fi.

stayed at Premier Collection, got a free upgrade to a king room on the 21st floor. the room exceeded my expectations, with romantic decor and a spacious, comfortable king size bed. the location is great, close to high-end stores like H&M, Gucci, and Bloomingdale's. the staff were friendly and offered extra towels and bathrobes upon request. the hotel is excellently located off the magnificent mile, with easy accessibility to tourist attractions and shopping. the room service was prompt and the room temperature was comfortable. the ambiance of the boutique hotel was also enjoyable, and the concierge was extremely helpful.
